Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be 21 to shop here?
Yes. Michigan adult-use law requires every guest to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, state ID, or passport. We scan IDs at the door, no exceptions, including for guests who aren’t purchasing.
How much can I purchase in one visit?
Michigan adult-use customers may purchase up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis per day, of which no more than 15 grams may be concentrate. Our point-of-sale tracks limits automatically — your budtender will let you know if a cart needs adjusting.
Is everything on your menu lab tested?
Every batch is tested by a state-licensed safety compliance facility for cannabinoid potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbials. We review each certificate of analysis before listing a product, and every package carries a QR code linking to its full panel. Learn more on our About page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and PIN debit. Federal banking restrictions prevent most dispensaries from accepting credit cards. There’s an ATM in store if you need it.
Can I consume on site, or in public?
No. Michigan law prohibits consumption on dispensary premises and in public places. Consume only on private property with the owner’s permission — and never drive under the influence of cannabis.
I'm visiting from out of state. Can I buy?
Yes — any adult 21+ with valid government photo ID can purchase in Michigan, regardless of home state. Keep in mind that transporting cannabis across state lines is illegal under federal law, even between two legal states.
What should I expect on a first visit?
Bring your ID, take your time. A budtender will walk the shelf with you — tell them how you want to feel, not just what you want to buy. First visit also gets you 15% off your entire order (see current deals).
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
State regulations limit cannabis returns. Defective vape hardware can be exchanged within 14 days with receipt and original packaging. If something isn’t right, talk to us — we’ll always make it fair within what the law allows.
